Terms of Service
These terms describe the rules for using Todello during public launch.
Last updated: June 1, 2026.
Operator and contact
Todello is operated by the project owner as an individual-run product. Questions, notices, support requests, and legal requests can be sent to support@todello.app.
Using Todello
Users must provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, protect recovery codes, and use Todello only for lawful personal or work planning. Users are responsible for activity under their accounts.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse Todello, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer private systems, upload unlawful or harmful content, harass others, abuse invites or shared projects, scrape the service, bypass rate limits, or use Todello to break the law.
User content
Users retain ownership of their task and workspace content. By using Todello, users allow Todello to process that content as needed to provide sync, account access, collaboration, security, backups, diagnostics, and support. Users must have rights to content they add.
Service changes and availability
Todello is an early public product. Features may change, be limited, or be removed. The service may be interrupted for maintenance, provider outages, security issues, or operational limits. Todello is not intended for emergency, safety-critical, medical, legal, financial, or compliance-critical task management.
Account termination
Users may stop using Todello or request account deletion. Todello may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, create security risk, abuse infrastructure, harm other users, or expose Todello to legal risk. Some records may remain where needed for security, backups, logs, dispute handling, or legal obligations.
Third-party services
Todello relies on third-party providers for hosting, storage, authentication, email, bot protection, monitoring, and optional analytics. Provider outages or policy changes may affect the service.
Disclaimers
Todello is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Todello disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted service, and error-free operation.
Liability limits
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Todello will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill, or service interruption. Todello's total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount paid to Todello in the three months before the claim or 100 US dollars.
Changes
These terms may change as Todello evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date on this page and, when appropriate, adding in-app or email notice. Continued use after changes means acceptance of the updated terms.
